まいど！

大雪でした。その後、快晴ですが、冷た~い日が続いています。

みなさま、極寒の冬、いかがお過ごしですか？

大雪の次の日、モリモリの雪と凍結の中、出勤されるのを見ると、本当に恐れ入ります。

今朝は、給湯器が使えないやら、水道の蛇口からつらら、の話を聞きましたが、うちも、北側の窓は結露が凍っていました。

It was heavy snow anywhere in Japan.

Some troubles happened, but for kids it was fun!

They enjoyed making a snowman and kamakura like a snow house, and so on.

「笑てこ～」「smile」

今年も笑って楽しくいきたいですね。

笑う門には福来る！

It kanji is read warau.

I live everyday with smiling.

「大人の仲間入り」「furisode」

成人の日に着た、振袖を思い出して描いてみました。

振袖は、また着てみたいです。

I put on the kimono which sode is long, and is called 'furisode'.

Woman becoming 20 years old often put on the furisode on Coming-of-Age Day.

「ぷく～っと膨らんだ！」「moti」

今年、餅焼き用の網を１００均で買いました。

毎朝、きなこ餅を食べる子どものために、焼いてます。

おいしそ～

I bought the net for cooking a moti for the first time.

Every morning I used it and served my son a moti with
kinako(soybean's powder)and maple syrup.

I recommend it!

まだまだ寒い！

年々、海外からの旅行者が増えているように思います。

How's it going?

Did you enjoy the end of 2017 and the new year?

In Tokyo it has been fine days.

On the other hand, in another areas it was heavy snow.

I hope people can live without any problems.

「white leek」「美味しそうな白ネギ」

今、野菜の値段が高くて、葉物に手が出ないのですが、
近くで路地販売をしてくれてるおばちゃんのお野菜、

採れたて新鮮、しかもほぼ100円で売ってくださり、
本当にありがたいです!

そこにあったりっぱな白ネギ。

甘くておいしいのです。

The prices of vegetables are higher than before.

Then I usually buy them near my home, where a nice family makes them.

fresh and delicious!

「Under the sun」「日向ぼっこ」

公園のベンチに、おじいさんが、背中をまあるくして座っておられました。

お天気で風のない日は、気持がいいですよね～

It was a sunny day.

There is an old man sitting on the bench in the park.

His back bended so much.

「zenzai」「鏡びらき」

は～い！おぜんざい、大好きです。

あずきがたっぷり入ってます。

東京で、おぜんざいは小豆汁に、
おもちが入ってるものを言うのかな！？

One of my favorirte sweets.

It made of bean, which is called azuki.

People have it with mochi.

まだまだ寒い日がやってくるでしょうから、冷えに気をつけましょうね。
